Do you enjoy performing in front of a live audience?

Do you have what it takes to become a Pop Star?

West Midlands Pop Stars competition!

Remember, your entry MUST be signed by your school's Head Teacher or Head of Music

    There are three stages to the competition
1. Recorded entries are invited to accompany a completed entry form and are judged by a panel from Forest Arts Centre.
2. Up to 100 entrants are invited to perform in the ‘live’ semi final during May;                                                                                                                Each performs one song live in front of a panel of judges and a live audience.
3. Finalists are chosen to perform at the Grand Final on 3rd July.
In addition to the heat winners there will be
4 wild card entrants put through by the judges.

There will be 4 semi finals leading to the Grand Final.

The finalists will be advised and supported in their choice of song selection for the Grand Final.                                                                                                                                Musical arrangements will be written specially for them for the event by experienced, professional musicians.
Forest Arts Centre will provide a live band to accompany the final and workshops will be held to assist all the finalists to give their very best performance. 

The overall winner will receive time in a recording studio and work with a record producer coutesy of THE TRACK FACTORY and perform on BBC WM and at Symphony Hall.
